Melius provides an AI-driven marketing platform that automates the creation, deployment, and optimization of personalized ad campaigns based on customer intent data. All deliverables, features, and outputs are provided in accordance with the terms of your subscription plan or agreement.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and any data necessary for your account setup and campaign execution.

  • Ensure that you have the rights and permissions to use any data, creative assets, or content uploaded to Melius.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and be responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

3. Payments

  • Subscription fees are due in accordance with your selected plan or contract terms.

  • Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated in your agreement or required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

  • User Content: You retain ownership of any content, data, or creative assets you provide to Melius.

  • Platform & Technology: All rights, title, and interest in the Melius platform, technology, and proprietary algorithms remain with Melius.

  • License to Showcase: Melius may reference aggregated, anonymized usage data or campaign performance for marketing or analytical purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use Melius for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

  • Upload or transmit content that infringes on the rights of others.

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Melius will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Losses resulting from user-provided data errors, misuse of the platform, or third-party interference.


To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you to Melius in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable. You may terminate your account at any time, but no refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated.

8. Amendments

Melius may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
